Activities and Attractions
The recommended activities are:
- Table Tennis
- Bouncy Castle
- Face painting
- Karakoe
- Adult and Children sumo wrestling
Reasons for choices
- Table tennis is a very easy sport to set up. It is quite popular in our borough so many people would come and play. Also it would keep the teenagers occupied, so the parents would have time to see the charity pitches. We could also hold events such as tournaments to see who the table tennis champion is.
- Bouncy Castle is all time favourite for every child. It will keep the children motivated, so it would give the parents more time to visit the charity pitches rather than rushing home because the children are bored.
- I also wanted to make the event symbolic, so by hiring face painters to draw any image or even charity logos, it would increase the awareness because children normally don't forget the fun they had in the event. Hence when they tell their family about their outing, the listener would ask them what the event was about.
- Karaoke will be a very popular event because lots of people enjoy their music, so people will join the sing-song. Also if charities want to provide their own songs to sing along, then that option will be available.
- Summo wrestling is a my risk event, it could go down good in the books or be the deserted area. But I thought the event needed for spice. And by having adult summo wrestling, it would add some fun rather than be endlessly bored by the charity pitches.
